Rey F. Díaz has over eighteen years of combined experience in the scheduling, claim
preparation, inspection, litigation support, and construction management fields of
private and public projects. He is knowledgeable of several programming languages
and in the implementation of single user systems and local area networks. He holds a
Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Puerto Rico, Mayagüez
Campus and has completed more than 100 PDU’s courses on project management.

program management team in meetings with the program owner, Puerto Rico
Public Housing Administration (PRPHA). Coordination of meetings with resident’ s

Provide daily supervision of all management team activities (planning and design
development, construction supervision, resident program participation, and resident
relocation). Kept the Program Director and all key PRPHA personnel advised as to
the day-to-day status of all construction activities. The program management team
consisted of the following Centrex’ s personnel: a supervising engineer, two area
engineers, a relocation coordinator, eight inspection offices and eight relocation
offices with their associated staff distributed in the municipalities of Cayey, Caguas,
Juana Díaz, Ponce, Barranquitas, Patillas, Humacao and Maunabo.

Duties included, review of construction documents at all stages of design for
completeness, ensure full compliance with all applicable regulations, ensure
government agency permits have been obtained or secured prior to the bid for
construction contractors, and follow-up all design work to ensure punctual
completion of constructions drawings, all under the Supervising Engineer guidance.
Coordinated all technical input related to planning, scheduling, estimating,
feasibility and procurement. Assisted in the procurement of construction
contractors, which included bidding and contract award. Gathered field information
